I’m Jule(s) Steimle, founder of STRONG YOU Collective, and I know firsthand how transformative strength training and nutrition can be. After struggling with severe depression, Hashimoto’s, and the physical and emotional toll of burnout, I reclaimed my health and confidence through a balanced, personalized approach.
