Managing autoimmunity is though, especially when the daily demands on my body are high. I’m Jule(s) Steimle, founder of STRONG YOU Collective, and I know firsthand how transformative strength training and nutrition can be. After struggling with severe depression, Hashimoto’s, and the physical and emotional toll of burnout, I reclaimed my health and confidence through a balanced, personalized approach. This journey taught me that true health isn’t about restriction or sacrifice—it’s about understanding your body, building resilience, and embracing strength from the inside out.
